You don’t get a directory that our staff decides is worthy – instead you get a directory that unbiased users like yourself have helped create. If we recieve multiple complaints regarding a particular lender, their link is removed from the list. Of course the lenders that continually recieve praise from our users will climb the list. The lenders that reach the WOF Top Three are never immune from dropping down the list – if we begin recieving complaints from The WOF Directory users, they will begin slipping down the list. As you can well imagine, this keeps our staff busy updating the directories.
