The World of Financing web site, and it’s owners and publishers, NEVER share your information with other persons, entities, or companies. You may, or may not know, that many financial institutions have agreements with each other to share your information, and unless you instruct them not to, they will.
As you will see, we do have online forms for you to fill out, but the information we gather is purely for the sake of consultation. If you purchase one of our WOF Directory products, Paypal requires your street address, phone number, name, and credit card information in order to complete your secure online transaction. We in turn, recieve email from Paypal with the same information after your successful transaction, but discard it all save for your email. We keep your email temporarily to ensure customer service. After you have received our email with your free consultation, or WOF directory download link, we discard your email as well.
We do not harvest email lists, and do not send out newsletters in the hope of attracting your further business. We are confident in our products and services, and we believe you will come to the World of Financing without us emailing you.
What happens to your information from the free consultation form?
All information gathered with our free consultation forms is also discarded after you have recieved your return email. In light of these facts, you will never need to be concerned with having your personal or private information passed along to others. We assume you do not want your information shared, so we don’t share it.
What happens to your information from the customer experience form?
We do keep this information so that we can track customer satisfaction for the sake of amending the WOF Directories product. The reason the WOF Directories product has value is because the directories are dictated by customer satisfaction. You do not have to use your real name on the customer experience form - all we want to know is which lenders you applied with and which ones you were most satified with. This is important to us as this is how we make a better directory. Keep in mind you do not have to use the customer experience form in order have access to the WOF Directories.
Does the WOF track your computer visits?
Yes we do, we keep tracking of all visitors to this site and where they came from. However, we discard that information in under 48 hours. This kind of tracking helps us protect our advertisors and sponsers, and is not intended for gathering your information for any other purpose. Our IP tracking simply shows us what city/town you are in, the ISP provider you are accessing our site with, what kind of OS and browser you are using, the date and time of your visit, and how long you were on our site. Remember….all that information is discarded withing 48 hours of your visit.
