Saving Money – Avoid Carrying Large Sums Of Money Around

The easiest way to save money is to not have any! Sounds crazy, but this is so true. I personally carry one twenty dollar bill around with me for cash only moments. I’m talking about that one hot-dog at the ninth hole of the golf course, or that diet coke at the gas station when you fill up. I know that many times I would spend money if I had it handy, but when I know I have to run to an ATM machine, I’ll choose just not to buy the small item. This can back-fire sometimes, when your buddy has to flip the bill when you don’t have cash, but you can usually plan ahead for a visit to the bank on your way to your destination.
