I have been 30 times to S. Africa and I found and want to purchase 4000 acres of land with 3 homes, guest lodges, many other staff buildings etc. I can sell off 200 acres of it and yield back well over 7 million US. The property will secure the loan and I need 2 million for five years. Robert. You are best to look some Angel Investors for this. There’s lots of investors that will look at this sort of thing as it is land.
